The Limits of Hard Work Featured

What I'm about to write is sacrilege to many of you, but if your strategy for success is that you're going to work harder than your competition, there's a good chance your going to fail. Working hard is a habit, not a strategy. It improves your chances of success. It's better to be a doer than a dreamer. But it's better to be a thinker than a worker. You can work real hard to dig a hole with a spoon. Or you can use a shovel. Which strategy seems better to you?
